For example, the situations where you get this error, whether it appears for a single/limited records or all records, the exact steps that you have taken to process the Purchase Order up to this point.

Such details will be useful to investigate the issue further.

From internal knowledge search, I have found that similar errors (not the exact error) have occurred for Purchase Orders related to Projects.
