Hi,

To me it seems the requirement for the purchase requisition came from the Work order task/ Material Line and the Material line (from the material requisition) is already closed.

• You can find if the PR is coming from a WO by checking the Ordered for field on the PR/General section. Your requisitioner would also be WO.
• View the source of demand and, find the Work task with a closed material line

If the Material Line is closed, maintenance work does not need this item to be purchased, so I assume you would not need to further process the PR/Quote to become a PO.
