MRP Begining on hand

Hello Community,

We are using IFS APPS 8.After executing MRP batch Job we have found that Beginning on hand stock is not showing correct for one raw material.

I have check the on hand stock it is 500 and MRP showing it as 700.

What will be the issue can some one help on this.

Hi @Deepak ,

This could be due to number of reasons. As a start, check whether there are Reserved Qtys and In Transit Qtys for your raw material.

If it is something like above;

Beginning on hand = (On Hand Qty) - (Reserved Qty) + (In Transit Qty)

= 1020.5 - 5 + 15

= 1030.5

So in a such scenario Beginning on hand > On Hand Qty.
