Missing Address Entry Fields

What do you mean by “projection to allow for all fields to be present”. Please provide more information to this.
And also please attach a screen shot of the full screen you are referring above.

I assume you are referring to the Address presentation where you setup how the address entry window is setup. Go to the Address Presentation window (Application Base Setup> Enterprise> Basic Data> ). Create a new record in this window for a common country code and set it as default. This will be the default presentation for all the Address entry windows.

Then select the saved record and select Configure Layout button which will allow you to change the address layout entry format as per your requirement.

Radio button enabled fields will be available at the Address entry windows.

@Dilan Senevirathne This is what I am looking for but I do not see the permission for Address Presentation.
