Hi All,

I have the requirement that a minimum purchase order value must be set on a supplier. Regardless of which parts.

Can this be set in IFS Cloud so that a charge to be set automatically appears on the PO if a minimum purchase order value is not reached?

Hi ​@MarcoG,

You can define the charge directly on the supplier. For example, if the minimum order value per PO is $5,000, you can set up the charge as below on the supplier (Purchase > Charges tab). This will automatically generate a charge line in the PO.
