how should be created PO with 100 lines and with different prices per pcs with 30% payment in advance?
for services with 1 line and simple description we use milestones - for that line we add particular milestone with some %;
but what about for materials? 30% payment in advance concerns the total amount of the PO; it means 30% concerns each line of 100; so for each line should be added milestones?

My hypothesis is your use case is why ‘Payment Schedule’ exists in addition to ‘Milestone/Stage Payment’...so that ‘staged’ payment can be done at header level and avoid minutiae of handling 100 lines separately (though templates assigned to SFPPs might simplify that)

I think that you can use Payment Schedule’s Down Payment functionality to achive ‘30% payment in advance’ requirement. Please give a try.
