Limit user access to certain PO's

Community,

 

We need to limit user access to certain PO’s due to proprietary info.

We would like to control on the point, at PO documents, and PO receipt. 

  1. supplier ID
  2. part no
  3. part description
  4. price

I don’t think permission set can do this. We are on APP10, UPD 9.

      Hi,

      No Luck at application level in APP10. Not sure about Cloud.

      IFS does have access control from DB level, it’s Oracle product, costly.

      Thanks,  OK. We’re on cloud. I’ve not heard from anyone that’s done it yet.

      We’re at IFS Connect next month, might try and grab someone there.

      IFS Cloud has Access Control List functionality which allows to configure row level access for business users.
