Is it possible to restrict the Purchase Order screen to only certain PO's?

Is it possible to restrict the Purchase Order screen to an individuals PO’s or to predefined teams/groups PO’s?

Currently the whole company has Read Only access to that projection, as we want them to see stuff they’ve previously raised/approved etc, but not everyone else's PO’s. Is this possible in IFS Cloud?

@Joe_Tomlin access to data in IFS is managed at Company and Site level. So if you are having one company / one site and all the users are part of the same company/site, then you can’t really restrict which POs they can view in the company/site they are part of.

If you wanna make users life easier and simply not see all the POs, you could ask them to use Saved Searches:

 

And then in Search Settings - make sure they use Run latest search:
