Hi everybody, when a user wants to re-print a customer invoice was originally ordered by another user. He receives the following error "the invoice has been printed by another user. He doesn't have access to this report (key report 9799)". Maybe you could check “Report Distribution Groups”. We had a similar case. one user was in group A, another user in group B and he was not allowed to re-print customer invoice created by user one. After adding both in one group second user was able to re-print the invoice.

@AHOSZEBESTA in one of the posts it is specified that this bug appeared only in the Customer Invoice page. Did you try to reprint original invoice from Customer Invoices page?
