+8I have a customer that uses Esker for its decentralized purchasing where many people can create a requisition and the customer has put several approval rules within Esker.
Esker's website says they have integrated with IFS before but I never heard of it before. Has anyone ever integrated with Esker and if so, what were the integration points ?

I see you never received a response from within the Community but did you find any helpful Eskar to IFS integration support elsewhere? We are potentially looking at Eskar for an integration tool for a Cash Application AI software and looking for IFS customers that may have insight on the Eskar integration tools.
Appreciate any helpful guidance on any AI tools that have been successfully integrated to IFS for AR/Cash application support.

We are in the middle of our integrated receivable project where we are implementing Esker AI & email Triage and we utilize IFS ERP System. This is for incoming customer payments (Cash Application) against our invoices. Looking to fully automate the cash application process into IFS but more development is needed for the auto vouchering to occur.
We are not integrating the Supplier invoices under the AP function just yet but did receive an Esker demo on that option. I believe the IFS 25R2 has some AI available with regards to Supplier invoice matching and we are looking into that process as well. I do not have any documentation to offer in regards to supplier invoices to IFS integration.

The company I work, started the talking with Esker and they told the finance team that they did many integrations with IFS, but I do not saw any proof of that. Do you have information about what looks like the integration between IFS and Esker (if it exists)?
We are using IFS Cloud (remote), version 25.1.7.

My company is also on IFS Cloud about to upgrade to 25R2 IFS Cloud. I believe there is integration but it depends on what level of automation is being required for business needs. We are not fully automating Esker to IFS yet but we will have partial automation by early March for integrating receivables and cash application. We are working with developers to map out the execution method. If Esker says they have integrated with IFS I’m assuming they could provide more information on what that looks like for their customers possibly. We are having them demo AP automation as well but haven’t competed that yet.
