IFS Messaging Handling System - Intercompany Order processing

Hi,

Looking for some knowledge and or experience with this area of IFS and intercompany order processing

Our colleagues in a sister company sent IFS order confirmations via messaging for 2 no PO’s nos. P108324 & P108325.(see attached)

However, both PO Lines are showing as Released (NOT confirmed) in IFS which seems incorrect.

Can anyone advise why the POs are only showing as released and not confirmed? Is this an IFS bug?

We are using Apps 9.

Are they awaiting approval in the “incoming purchase order confirmation” screen? and therefore not updated the PO?
