Unable to log into Demand Planner - receive below error message. Thank you!

Hi @ZTACHILL ,

 

Is the forecast server ID: 1 is up and running? You can check this in the dashboard of the “Demand Plan Server” window in the IFS application.

Hi @ZTACHILL , were you able to resolve this issue? I’m facing the same in a 24R1 environment.

Did you start the server for the demand planner?

It should be a VM.

Maybe it is down after PG installation?

@Link , The issue was caused by the middle tier's inability to resolve the Demand Plan Server host. This was resolved by updating the settings.json file within the Demand Plan Server installation directory to reference the IP address of the Demand Plan Server host.
