we are about to go live with b2b in IFS Cloud solution for procurement. It’s using Aurena B2B client for our suppliers to be able to participate in tenders. A pre-requisite for login to IFS B2B is an AD account in Oriflame domain for all B2B users due to security requirements and MFA authentication. AD accounts are created automatically by a tool called Microsoft Access Package, which is a web form to collect user attributes and approval flow. This tool was free but recently Microsoft changed the license policy.
We are wondering if you are aware of the new licensing policy and if you have any alternative recommendations for your customers.
