How to grant access to the Move with Transport Task rmb option

This is in IFS apps 10 upd 25, local installation.

We have 2 users with the same permissions, same company and site access, same business roles, etc. One has the access in the INVENTORY PART IN STOCK RESERVATIONS to the Move with Transport Task rmb option, and the other doesn’t. Where is the access for these rmb options on that screen set please?
The permission sets granted to both users should grant this access already, so why does one user have it and the other not? Is there another setting somewhere within the Procurement part of the system to enable this?

By any chance are the work in different sites (although they might have same site access)?

And the Move Reserved Stock setting in one site could be different?

    Hi Ravinatha,

    Thanks for your reply, it turns out that the user was just missing a particular permission set that granted this access in our system, so now they have access to this function.
