How to amend the delivery terms on distribution orders

By saying ‘Customer’ do you mean the Internal Customer of the Demand Site?

Additionally you should also check the data in Supply Chain Matrix for the Demand site. Cz as per my understanding, value in Supply Chain Matrix is prioritized over customer info.

Hi, According to the standard functionality, The default value for Delivery Term is retrieved from the demand site’s internal customer record at the time of creating Distribution order. If you want to change it afterwards, it’s required to change it manually on Distribution Order window before releasing it. The changes done on internal customer record will not be reflected on distribution orders that are in Planned state already. 

There is no possibility to automatically pull through onto the distribution order and onto the customer order when the distribution order is released unless you get it done via a custom event.

Yes, I have been on the customer screen for the internal demand site and changed the delivery information there but it still doesn't pull through the updated delivery terms to new distribution orders. 

I will check the supply chain matrix screen.
