How is the best and most effective to enter a Leadtime for article? I have heard and read different things. And if you change the Leadtime do you need to change the orderpoint and something else like the lot size? Also do you change the purchase Leadtime or something else? I have as a task to write a instructions for future colleagues so all tips and trick are in for interest.
