HI!

We use funtion Email Order… for PO. IFS will send mail to supplier automatically. Then supplier guy will reply our buyer to confirm the PO. But last week, we move our mail system from Domino to MS O365. Then this function doesn’t send mail anymore.

The action setting as follow.

Other mail type event if From User is not &REPLY_TO_USER. For example followed one works right.

Is anyone help me? Thanks in advance!
