Do Supplier Schedule types Plan and Calloff fundamentally and technically behave differently?

+2I guess no know knows the exact answer about the real difference between these two options.
There are more or less 3-4 topics adressing to this question but none of them has been replied properly.
I also still searching for the pure,real answer.

I think this answer explained exact practical difference of these two schedule types. The difference comes with the usage and not the data set it represents.
