Is it possible to define different default delivery address in site or in company basic data and can that be connected to supplier or to the item? For example supplier 12345 have always different delivery address we have in company basic data.

I’m afraid the short answer is “No” - that is, assuming your multiple addresses are within the same IFS Site. (If different sites, then each one can easily have a different address).
If you are thinking about a single site, then you would need some kind of custom configuration to achieve this. Either a modification or a custom event/RMB.
