When i try to cancel line on Customer Order, im taking this issue.

After checking the internal sources, I have noticed that a bug fix has been provided in Apps10 (Bug ID: 158423) that addresses a quite similar issue. The fix is given for the same error message that has been raised when trying to make alterations for un-invoiced customer order lines.

In order to confirm if you are facing the same issue, kindly try to change the Price or Sales Qty of the Customer Order line and observe whether the same error message appears.

Also, please let us know your current Apps10 version. The bug fix has been applied to Apps10 UPD 12 release.

My recommendation is to upgrade to the latest Apps10 version, if possible, so that you can receive all the bug fixes including the one that I have described above.

Firstly you are the best, thank you!

I’m using IFS10 UP8.

I changed Sales Qty and I could ‘Cancelled’ status. I didn’t get to point but it worked!

It seems that the error still exists in IFS Cloud 24R2 and I don’t see it on the 25R1 Fixes 
Do you have any knowledge as to if and when that will be fixed?
