Hi,
When running crystal quick report in users machine, post giving inputs it says wait until the document is processed, later it asks for database login with ifssys credentials.
Alias name / and // for table and views has been taken care.
We have also used qr code font in our crystal report.
Is there any solution for this?
It works fine in our desktops with no issues no db login prompted as well.

not a forward slash /
If that’s already correct, ensure their workstation has the correct version of the Crystal runtime installed.
Using _A and _I suffixes is less troublesome than \ and \\, since they doesn’t depend on registry settings for InvalidAliasCharList.
+5Hi Rohini, did you get QR Code to work using Crystal Reports? If you did so, can you tell me what did you do?
I’ve found no solution for this in any IFS documentation…
