When creating a new purchase order authorization rule, i want a rule specific for a coordinator.
So in the rule i set the option apply to all coordinators to false, then the Coordinator tab appears.
I can’t select any coordinator, but there are active coordinators defined in application base setup/general data/coordinators?
Any ideas?

Problem solved. You have to save the rule first before you can add something to the list. The list already appears on toggling the option , that confused the user.
