Clean up of Purchase Orders

No, there is no functionality to cleanup of purchase orders, even though we have the functionality to clean up of customer orders, shop order requisitions etc.

I think this has not been introduced in the later/newer versions due to the risk of cleaning up the orders in the system, since there are transactions existing even though the orders are deleted. Although there is the option to clean up the customer orders, it has a risk of losing the data integrity.

Alternatively, you can try out Archiving which is much safer than cleanup, specially when Data is growing and reports are getting slow.

The archive routine stores transactions from the original table in separate archive tables in the database.

Please refer to details on attached documents to get an idea on Archiving and how to set up it.
