Hi All,

 

Currently on Apps 10 - when a user cancels a sales quotation, the lines on the charges tab dissapear. Is there any way to prevent this happening? It is useful to see what the charges were should a user want to review the quote for any reason.

  This statement is from one of previous answer and I didn’t check now.

  • If you only make the Quotation Line(s) lost without making the entire Quotation header as lost, the charge lines will not be deleted.

Thank you for your help.

 

I tried cancelling the lines and setting them to lost. On both occasions that charge lines dissapear.

 

My only solution at the moment is possibly a CLU that captures the charge line records and doesn’t delete.
