Seems like even the regular “Edit” button (pencil icon) is not available in this Register Arrivals window. Usually, as per my observations, the “Edit All” option is there only when the “Edit” option is available in a particular window.

Hence, as per my view, in order to implement that Edit feature in the Register Arrivals window, it would be an enhancement for the future.

Agree with ​@Uvina Jayamaha, Edit All option would always be available with the Edit option only. Better submit an Idea for this.

Meanwhile, business users can use the steps below instead.

1. Set a default receipt location for the Site.
2. Register arrival with the default location only.
3. Once the Inspection and other miscellaneous activities are completed for the receipt, then move the received stock from the default location to the desired location using the Move Into Stock screen. This screen allows to move multiple receipt records together into a desired location.

Yes ​@Uvina Jayamaha. But don't you find it strange? Location No in Register Arrivals of all screens should have ‘Edit All’ in my opinion. Any reason you think as to why ‘edit all’ is missing here?

​@Abdul thanks. I understand that edit all is available for arrival location bulk edit. Seems this is the only workaround for us right now adds an extra step since we have to move into stock as well] 

Any idea why IFS must have omitted ‘edit all’ for receive into inventory location update?

Regarding the system design, actually I cannot give a straight answer unfortunately : ( Not sure whether this edit feature has been omitted on purpose due to some limitation or whether it has not been implemented for this window yet.
