Hi @bldrayi,

The blanket agreement is handled via Supplier Agreements in IFS. When you press F1, you can find the expainantion of the supplier agreements and using it for blanket orders.

When the agreement is se to active, you can create a Purchase Order via “Create Agreement Release”

Hope this helps,

Robert

Hi Bilal,

It is only possible for Create Agreement Release to create one order line on the purchase order. It is generally a way of allowing users to generate a Purchase Order for short term releases, or for parts where for example they may need to arrange the supply outside of general office working hours, but where terms and conditions have already been agreed and therefore require no further authorization prior to supply, maybe in the case of needing to orders machine replacements parts to reduce the operational downtime

I hope this helps

Kind regards

Deb

I am using the Cloud version.  I have found the Supplier Agreement screen, the Blanket Order selection, but when I create the supplier agreement I don’t have the option to Create an Agreement Release.  The only option I get is to create a Quote.  How can I create the agreement release?

Hi @JenDineen  - This is done via the  ‘Create Agreement Release’ screen. You should be able to search this in your navigator
