getting the above error when trying to upload documents into personnel files

Hi
is that a new file type?
If yes you need to create this file type in IFS.
It’s a pdf file like the ones we’ve always uploaded.
I have tried going into the user settings option and toggle and click ok then untoggled and click ok but nothing seems to be working.
How many users are affected?
