I'm also curious about this Punchout integration since I'm looking into the IFS support cases in this area. Based on my past experience, I've only found cases related to IFS cloud. I did some searching within the IFS platforms, and it looks like the IFS procurement functionality, including Punchout integration, has been available in IFS APPs as a local extension and not in Core. I checked this in IFS APP10 GET core as well, but this functionality wasn't available in the latest environment. I found a community post that includes the e-procurement process in the local extension for IFS APP08. I'll keep following up on this and will share more information if I find it.
