Populate Custom Event field using ETM

Hi,

I’m using Assyst 11.7.2 and ETM version 1.7.2.

I’m trying to populate a Custom Sigle-Line String field that has been added to an Incident form. 

As you can see in the screenshot, the data that I want to populate the field with is available in the ETM Channel.  It shows if I map it to the Remarks field.  However, it does not populate the Custom field.

The Custom field short-code in the Data Mapper matches that of the field in the Customizer.

What am I missing?  Any help would be appreciated.

    Can you check whether there is a space at the end of the shortcode in data mapper ? 
    Can you add the import log from that import ?

    Hi Rajana,

     

    I can confirm that there is no space at the end of the shortcode in the data mapper.  I’ve also attached a copy of the log file from the import.

      Hi ​@lloyd1306,

      This has not been resolved yet.  However, it seems to work on Service Requests but not on Incidents.  I currently have a ticket opened with IFS support.

      I will provide an update when/if the issue gets resolved.
