I’m trying to add a custom field to the additional variables file for the Action Processor. However, I’m not sure how to get write out the variable in the file.
The field’s short code is “SERVICE DESK”.
Would it be something like this?
event.customFields.customFieldShortCode[SERVICE%20DESK]
