Has anyone come up with a solution for texting technicians to let them know they have been assigned a new ticket?

Whilst we await any suggestions from the community, I think this will be a good one for the ideas area!

Yes, we did an integration with different SMS gateways, we basically created a script to consume the SMS API and triggered it from action processor on assign action.
