Does anyone has a solution to sort Service Offerings in alphabetical order? Doing it manually it very timing consuming and very hard to maintain too.

Hi Manish,

It is currently not possible to automatically sort service offerings in alphabetical order.

However, if this is something that you would like to see in the product in the future, our Product Management welcomes your suggestions. You can submit an enhancement on our IFS Community Site.
Use the 'Create Ideas' button under the Ideas section or via the following link  https://community.ifs.com/topic/new?type=idea.
Describe your idea with as many details as possible. Populate 'assyst' in the Product area and the Tags fields before saving and click Create!!

Please log the idea, but you could possibly use ETM to retrieve all your Services and then the Offerings within each service, sort them alphabetically in your mapper, then using a subsequent mapper, update the sort order on the Offering to reflect the new order.

I haven’t done this, but seems feasible.

If it is a one time update, you could use the DMW to create a worksheet where you could update the sort order on the offerings and re-import.

Sorting of the Services and Service Offering is much complex when it comes to looped Services. Looks like Sorting Order of looped Services are interdependent. Not at all easy to Sort.
