Service Offerings are not visible in assystNet Mobile app under Favorites. - ‘Computer Services and Request’ and ‘On/Off Boarding Requests’

Hello,

 

I’m working on styling of AssystNet Mobile Interface and I’m encountering the below issue. I would really appreciate a solution for this.

 

Under Favorites, the two Service Offerings - ‘Computer Services and Request’ and ‘On/Off Boarding Requests’ are not visible in assytNet mobile app.  

 

 

Please, help solve the problem.

Can you please send us a screenshot of what is currently shown in My Favourites on the left hand side:

Is it possible that ‘Computer Services and Request’ and ‘On/Off Boarding Requests’ are missing from here?
