Hi, 

I am new at Assyst and would like to know how i can link user incident tickets to a problem ticket. I dont seem to find any information regarding this on the wiki .

Hey,

maybe the Assyst Wiki can help you: https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-5Wiki/index.php/Link_Reasons_Theory. You have to administer a few things first: e.g. via the Link Reason Form (all informations in the Wiki as well).Later, you can use the event search to call up several events at the same time and then right-click on one to link the events.

I believe Jeremias pointed to the wiki page that should help you.
You can link incident to Pbs manually orautmatically (when create a PB using state action)
