Has anyone found a way to prevent users taking action on closed events?
I suspect this will require a new function on the Integration Server but before we go down that path I’d like to confirm there is no native way to configure this.
I’ve searched through the available event privileges and reviewed action configuration but can’t see a way to complete the required configuration.
We’re on assyst 11.7.4.

Preventing an action to be logged based on the event status (cloed, closed-pending, open) is not currently available in you assyst version ( 11.7.4) and the latest as well (24R2 SU3).
You can log this as a suggestion in the ideas area below and this will allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it.

I actually found a way to do this using the Take Normal Action (Resolved Events assigned to) Event Privilege.
By removing this our users cannot take actions on Pending Closed or Closed events which is exactly what I was looking for.
