Hello All, 

Does anybody else suffer with the below if you are trying to re-order services in the Service Designer?

Is it a bug? I know I have been the only one working on this so it has not been modified by anybody else. When I click OK it prompts a refresh of the Service Designer and my Service has not been moved.

I have looked on the knowledgebase and I cannot see anything that this relates to.

I have this issue in my production environment which is 11.4.1 and also my test environment which is 11.5.2

 

 

We have this issue and have reported to IFS (currently listed as problem P15873).

 

You can work around by moving it to a different parent service and then back to where you want it in its correct ordering position.
