I need to set up a CSG and have a few questions if there’s anyone out that that has done so. I’ve read the wiki, but it’s of little to no help for the questions I have, but I don’t want to bother support either, as nothing is broken, I just need an understanding on a few things. If you are pretty familiar with using CSGs and have some time, I’d love to set up a call and pick your brain.
Is there anyone out there using CSGs that can provide guidance?

I’ve been managing the ITSM tool for Norfolk County Council for 4 ½ years now and we’ve always used CSG’s across the platform as he have several departments using the tool.
IT, HR, Social Services, Procurement, etc.
I am by no means an expert on CSG’s and we are often still implementing solutions in order to improve how they work as the business requirements change.
