Good afternoon,

Does anyone, please, have a more up-to-date roadmap for IFS assyst and ITOM than the one available at the following link:
https://community.ifs.com/product-strategy-and-roadmap-124/master-article-what-is-the-update-release-schedule-and-release-details-9818?tid=9818&fid=124#IFS+assyst%C2%A0

I searched the community but could not find any.

Hello, Caroline.

Thank you for your reply, but what I would like to know is when future updates will be released.

Hello Rafael,

You can review the Master Article again as it has now been updated.

The IFS Assyst has not been updated for the lastest and future releases…

Hey,

I asked my Success Manager exactly the same question :) . At the time, I was told that there is no roadmap for the IFS Assyst application, unlike the one that exists for the IFS Cloud application.

But here’s what helped me: If you want specific information about new features (for example, in my case, I wanted to know when decisions [D-Tickets] can be made in the new UI), you can contact your Success Manager. They were always able to help me further through this channel.

Alternatively, you can check the “Ideas” section to see what has been proposed, discussed, and perhaps even accepted there.

I know this doesn’t fully answer your question, but I hope it gives you a general idea.

Best regards!

Thanks, Jeremias, but I really do not understand IFS do not just update the existing Assyst roadmap page? We already on March and the roadmap still presents wrong date for the latest version! I would like to have this page updated as soon as possible, including aditional links to the corresponding release notes (including planned release notes)! I think this is very simple to implement…
Best regards!

Perhaps @Scot  can help, he’s the one who publishes the release notes to Assyst.

Alas, if I had one at hand I would update it. I will ask around, but I just live in the world of the next release ;-)

Hi, it would also be very helpful if the release of updates were once again generally announced to the assyst General Community via a new post, as was the case until around may 2026; that way, people would be notified if they had subscribed. At the moment, you always have to check actively (the publication of articles in the ‘Release Updates’ section does not trigger a notification for me). Thanks & best regards, Jürgen
