How can i prevent a department from closing an event?

Hi,

Our company just started to use assystnet and assystweb, and i was wondring on how to make a specfic deparment responsible  from assign and close the events and prevent the other department from doing so

and how to take traning in assystweb and assystnet.

There are only 2 ways that com to mind for me.

  1. Limiting the actions available to service departments through the ‘Action Types’ section of the Service Department screen.

 

 

  1. Managing your users by privilege group, in your specific use case using the ‘Take Close Action’ permission.
