I have a problem with the Assyst Web homepage -  when I configure the layout and add monitors or reports, everything looks fine. However, after I reload the page or leave the homepage and return - I can’t see any of the reports or monitors. Assyst remembers the layout and what I placed in each panel, but instead of the content I only see a grey background with “EVENT MONITOR” or “REPORT” in the panel header. We’re running Assyst on-premise -  version 24R2 SU3 and I have full administrator permissions. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Hello Natalia,

While we await any suggestions from the community, you can log an incident (if you have not done this already) with our support team so they can investigate this further for you.

            via our Self-Service portal

            or

            via email to axios.support@ifs.com

Please provide the same information including the assyst version, if this is happening with any type of event monitor, reportd , how they were created … etc

Best Regards,
Caroline

Hi @NATSZC
We have a sort of similar issue in our on-premise Assyst since 24R2, we are also on SU3.

We will shortly be logging an issue in IFS’s self-service portal.

For us the HomePage has issues with monitors being stuck on Loading ..… and the same monitor will show as n/a if used in “Summary” on a HomePage.

However if a event query monitor is re-created with the same parameters then this newly created query works on the front page, for a while.

The issue seems to have something to do with queryparameters like “product”, “productclass”, “genericclass”,  ect. not being accepted as query parameters for these “old” monitors.

Is this similar to what you have experienced?

Hi @Richard Ellingsen

In my case we are running on Oracle Database, and the issue turned out to be related to a databse binary_value on usr_pref_values table for global user.

After update directly in the database, HomePage monitors started working fine again.
