We are looking at how we can promote the ‘Services’ screen filter on assystNet. Our user research indicates that the majority of our users do not know it is there.

My question is two fold….

  1. Does anyone know if there is the ability to set this as expanded by default? (This was our first thought)
  2. How have you all promoted this feature to your end users?

Whilst we await any suggestions from the community for the css, please feel free to log an enhancement request in our ideas area - https://community.ifs.com/ideas

This will allow the customer community to see your suggestion and comment/vote on it.

Before saving your idea, enter "assyst" in both the Product Area and Tags fields, to ensure that your idea is registered under the IFS assyst category
