Is there a way to have the “Action History” and “Links” panels on an assyst ticket expanded by default? Thanks!

Hi Jadv, try the following go to ‘user preferences ‘ check ‘Event Monitor Shows Full Descriptions’ log out and back in and you will see expanded areas but you may need to add an enhancement request here https://community.ifs.com/ideas if this option does not suffice. Thank you
Hello Jaco,
I you want to set any panel expanded per default on the Event details form, use the Open/Close All Panes icon > Default Panel Settings. This allows you to choose if an individual panel is initially expanded or collapsed on opening the form.
Event Toolbar - assyst24R2Wiki
Hope this helps

Thanks so much Caroline. I can’t believe I didn’t see that or find that in the wiki. The answer was sitting right in front of my nose. :-)
Ah hidden feature Still, linked events don’t expand automatically (to show the linked events as well) but only display the groups. More ideas?
HI Mathias ,
I just tested this again in assyst 24R2, Actions + Links. When expand the Links panel, it will only show the group(s). This is the way it works out of the box however it might be a good suggestion for an improvement.
You can log your suggestion in the ideas area below and this will allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it. https://community.ifs.com/ideas
Before saving your idea, enter "assyst" in both the Product Area and Tags fields, to ensure that your idea is registered under the IFS assyst category

Hi Caroline,
thank you for your instant reply; I’ve done so numerous times but would appreciate it if you would do so, especially if this might be considered a valuable improvement. Doing so would reflect appreciation on our input.
Posting ideas rarely creates any feedback, which is actually quite frustrating.
Take care,
Mathias
