I have an requirements to disable apply action on event based on custom field value .

disable apply action : mean that the assign will be not able to apply any further action on the event till custom decision task's  answer recorded  take place

SO: Based on value of custom field more than value new decision task created and the assignee of parent cannot apply or update the event any more.
