Hi Everyone,

I’m trying to create tasks for each selection in a custom multi-select lookup field. We are running assyst version 11.6.3.

In the process designer I have been able to create a Dynamic Task Expression for a single-select lookup, but I am unsure of how to get this working for values selected in a multi-select lookup.

Here’s what I used as a dynamic task expression for a single-select lookup for a custom field called “ADHOC SINGLE”:  $new.W("ADHOC SINGLE").shortCode.

I have another field called “ADHOC MULTIPLE” where I can select multiple values.

Any ideas?  Or is this maybe not possible in our version of assyst?

Thanks!

Jaco

A colleague of mine asked this some time ago. I don't think it is directly possible, however he was provided with a workaround.

There has also been an idea submitted for this which you should drop an upvote.

Thanks so much Steve! I’ve upvoted the idea and will look through the workaround options.
