Conditional Delegation in Assyst

I’m aware of the basic delegation functionality that Assyst offers, where any Contact user can click on their profile and then setup delegations.

I have 2 other questions

 

  1. How to restrict the Contact user from assigning delegations of other CSG Contact Users?
  2. How to add a condition to delegation?

This explains the following:

Note: In order to be a Delegate the Contact user must have a unique assyst User alias that is not associated with any other Contact Users.

Adding delegation conditions are also explained here by using the Named Expression Form:

“the Named Expression Form can be used to define a Condition.”
