Change the survey form so that it is possible to customize responses by applying Net Promoter Score for example or customized responses in addition to the possibility of expanding the number of responses showing or not according to the customer's choices

It is possible to customize in or out Fields in of a Survey in Self-Service Portal .

Anything else will be a suggestion in the ideas area below and this will allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it.
Just make sure that before saving your idea, you enter "assyst" in both the Product Area and Tags fields, to ensure that your idea is registered under the IFS assyst category
