Wanted to reach out and see if anyone that has taken the update recently is using the notifier build out for some or all of their email templates in lieu of or in tandem with smartmail?

I’m interested in the potential for this and bringing more into the UI and managing there vs an integration server etc.

One thing I had a question on was satisfaction overall with it, where you’ve seen any improvement or issues. Also, if you utilized action templates preivously how you were able to incorporate those with the new functionality?

 

Even if not using in production anyone who has gone through the work of building out in dev/test as I am in the beginning stages myself.

If you're still looking for insights on the Notifier vs Smartmail, you might want to check with your Customer Success Manager—they may have updates or examples from other customers. 
You should be able to check also with Professional Services for the notifier implementation from their Smartmail v2 scripts.

As someone who has been following this topic, I’m compelled to ask a follow-up question.

What is meant by the following?

"Professional Services for the notifier implementation from their Smartmail v2 scripts"

Is this something I should contact our Customer Success Manager about for more information, or is there another place where I can learn more?
