Hi,
is there way to share attachments within a Process (or even linked issues) , e.g. files attached in R-Tickets are visible and accessible (eMail-Action) in subsequent T-Tickets? If not, this would be a valuable enhancement.

This is not currently possible in the interface however these looks like good suggestion for an improvement.
Could you log your suggestion in the ideas area https://community.ifs.com/ideas
This will allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it.
Before saving your idea, enter "assyst" in both the Product Area and Tags fields, to ensure that your idea is registered under the IFS assyst category.
