Hi
A workorder created manually is created with the status Work request
(using Prepare workorder).
Is it possible to change the default status to have under Preparation instead to work request ?

No you can’t. New work orders automatically receive the ‘Work Request’ status. Manually entered work orders receive the ‘Fault Report’ status.

A workorder created Manually thru Prepare Workorder screen. The workorder is then created with status Work request
I would like when i click save the status it will be Under Preparation instead of Work Request.
and Effectively : a fault report entered manually (Fault Report Screen) is created to status Fault report. this fine
It is done thru an event ?

That’s the standard behavior but you can create a customer event to change the status in WO
