Unallocated task is not showing in Dispatch Console

In 25R2, we notice that Task which is unallocated is not displayed in Dispatch Console, even it appears in Work Task/Scheduling Information/Allocation

Does a task has a Resource Demand?

Yes it has the Resource Demand in Work task

Does this happen with many tasks with specific type? Or only one?

Some tasks with allocated also not showing up and some unallocated is showing
